This is a friendly reminder that the HOA annual assessment is due May 1st, 2026. An initial notice with payment details was sent to residents on March 31, 2026. If you have not yet reviewed that communication, please refer back to it for full details.
Payment Options
There are several convenient ways to submit your HOA dues payment:
1. Mail Your Payment
Mail a check using the returnable portion of your invoice to the processing center in Phoenix, AZ
Or mail/drop off a check or money order to:

2. Pay Online via the Ardsley Website
Visit: www.ardsleymgmt.com
Click “Make a Payment” and select “Pay Now”
You will be directed to the First-Citizens Bank & Trust payment portal
Fees:
Credit/Debit Card: 2.95% processing fee
ACH (Checking/Savings): $2.25 flat fee
3. Pay via FRONTSTEPS Portal
Log in to your FRONTSTEPS account and select “Review & Make Payment”

4. Pay Through Your Bank
You may also submit payment through your bank’s online bill pay service. Please note that any applicable fees are determined by your financial institution.
